My client is a long established project management business that has experienced significant positive change in recent years. A first class opportunity for a proactive HR professional has arisen to lead the local HR provision for the North Kent based site. 

Leading a team of two, the role centres on providing hands on strategic and operational guidance to the organisation, ensuring that a wide range of company ambitions are aligned to best HR practices. Adept in the full range of generalist HR skills, you will draw on your expertise especially across employee relations, performance management, employee development and resourcing. A key element of the role, will be your ability to develop local HR initiatives especially around engagement and organisation design/effectiveness. You`ll work with managers across the business, advising on a range of ER issues, as well as acting a subject expert on employment legislation and compliance. Additionally, you`ll help develop and mentor the UK HR team, supporting their professional growth.

Applicants should be fully CIPD qualified with a career to date that demonstrates a confident & creative approach to HR and will thrive on the challenge of implementing pragmatic HR solutions.  You`ll be commercially astute and bottom line focused, with proven HR experience gained from both a blue and white collar background.
