Barker Munro are proud to be working with a successful insurance broker who are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join their Insurance sales team in Dartford Kent.

As an insurance sales executive, you’ll be responsible for expanding local business by confidently communicating with clients.

We are looking someone who wants to be part of a team and develop both the business as well as themselves.

We are looking for the applicants with the following:

• A ‘’can do’’ attitude with a positive mind set
• Be able to convert warm leads into sales
• Motivated with a strong desire to exceed targets
• Articulated, organised and totally customer focused
• Be able to ask the right questions and match the client’s needs to the product
• Able to work in a high pressure environment
• Computer literate
• Have the ability to overcome objections
