As a result of growth, our client is seeking a new member to join their highly successful and fast-paced customer helpdesk team. The customer helpdesk team take a range of calls a day from customers, engineers and management companies.
The role will involve answering and making calls and require you to:
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Record information accurately.
• Input data into the internal database.
• Allocate the urgency response time.
• Liaise with engineers.
