A cross-Kent, business-to-business recruitment service provide currently have capacity for a sales and relationship manager.
It is a role for you to control the operations of a busy client-facing desk and line manage 1 staff member within the business' central T Wells head office.
Innovative and dynamic consultancy with a fantastic reputation for elite levels of service delivery. The business were borne out of passion, and staff all share a desire to deliver excellence for clients and candidates alike, through their new-job-journeys.
You will take on a busy, fast-paced desk of existing clients. You will meet with executive level staff and decision makers and be responsible for looking after and managing relationships with them as well as fulfilling their temporary and contract recruitment needs. (Training provided as required)
Hybrid role- managing a fast-paced desk........... maximising service delivery and relationship development..................... after sales client support.................... sales negotiation................ pitching into warm leads................
£24-28,000 basic + comms = £45-50,000 package
