Our Sittingbourne office is looking to recruit a full time, experienced senior receptionist and administrator to lead the administration team in our busy office.
Amongst other things, duties will include reception, both in person and on the telephone, secretarial duties, assisting the firm’s partners, training of more junior administration staff, outgoing post, and general office administration duties.
The successful applicant must have strong computer operating skills, being experienced in the use of Microsoft packages and the ability to work with a number of different programs. They will from time to time also be involved in other areas, which may include management and day to day control of our tax investigation service, dealing with routine administration of the office’s compliance with legislation and regulations, and other matters as required.
Salary will be commensurate with the personal skills and experience of the successful applicant but is expected to be in the region of £25,000 per annum
