Title – Full Time Office & HR Assistant/Junior
Salary – £18,000 - £23,000 dependant on experience
Jager Electrical Contractors Ltd are looking for an Office & HR Assistant / Junior to carry out the basic day to day running of the company
Duties will include:
• General day to day Admin duties to a small office including the two Company Directors.
• Manage the phone.
• Working on the Companies Social Media Accounts to keep them up to date and active.
• Chasing outstanding Invoices and monies due.
• Compiling Timesheets and vehicle trackers for the Monthly Payroll.
• Filing and Archiving when required.
• HR Assistance and Support.
• Holiday Entitlement of 28 days per Year (includes Bank Holidays).
• Experience in HR would be of an advantage.
• Full time position - Salary of £18,000 to £23,000 dependant on HR experience.
