Conveyancing Operations & Sales Manager - £30,000 + uncapped commission - Kings Hill.

My client, who are a market-leading provider of conveyancing services, are looking for a Conveyancing Operations & Sales Manager to join the Kings Hill based team.

Your role will be to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through sales progression within a conveyancing process. The role will involve engagement and integration within the estate agency network, mortgage brokers, developers and law firms in order to achieve sales targets on both monthly and annual basis. In addition, it will involve the line management of a small team of telesales operatives.

Main Duties;

* Present their conveyancing service to clients including Estate Agents, Mortgage Advisors, Lenders and Accountants and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
* Incentivise and target the team to win instructions to the required volumes and ensure that the monthly instructions are always maintained.
* Develop relationships with the panel firm's key stakeholders.
* Monitor conveyancing progression for own clients with liaison with group service providers as necessary.
* Leverage the Services offerings as a pre-requisite and demonstrate to the customer that a 'one stop shop' approach can derive to their advantage.
* Manage client relationships by providing monthly reports to clients on the number of conveyancing instructions generated and total amount of commission paid on these leads.
* Work with the marketing team and with Business Development Managers to create and implement the required local marketing strategy, collateral and PR to drive sales.
* Provide weekly progress reports on new business activities.
* Ensure compliance with the Solicitors Code of Conduct and the Council for Licensed Conveyancers Code of Conduct and how it relates to referrals. Any issues that arise in this regard should be immediately reported to your line manager in the first instance.
* The role may require a small amount of travel outside of the Kent Office and occasional week-end and out of office hours working.

Experience;

* Proven success in a similar role (team leadership or sales management).
* Knowledge and experience in Conveyancing.
* Be able to work effectively managing a team
* Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
* Be always motivated and enthusiastic
* Display high standards of service and presentation
* Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
