Our client are an award winning supplier of luxury brands and are actively seeking a permanent Projects Support Coordinator to join their busy Project team.
As a Projects Support Coordinator you will be responsible for tracking live quotes and opportunities whilst supporting the external specifications team. This role entails project managing all projects which fall within a set area to the highest possible standard to ensure that the outcome is that the project then becomes an order.
You will have outstanding Project Coordination and administration skills and have the ability to use a CRM system. You will be calm, organised with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. You will have an excellent attention to detail and used to working in a fast paced environment.
Your key duties will include:
Working as part of the projects team and in unison with the specifications team to support sales and development plans. Conversion of quotes to orders supporting your sales buddy. At all times building and maintaining client relationships both over the telephone and via email. You will be responsible for arranging appointments and managing a diary of outgoing projects.
Your hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
21 days holiday plus Christmas shutdown period
