The candidate must ideally be proficient in the use of Sage Line 50 or have A-C passed in maths and English at GCSE and or A level as training can be given to the right candidate. This job is slightly different as the office and phone lines can be really busy so we are looking at an employee that can 'multi task', to include being able to process orders, find parts and part numbers and deal with customer services. This is a fantastic job for someone to learn
every aspect of the business.
Accounts duties will include:
Keeping the companies accounts up to date.
Managing credit control, ensuring all supplier invoices are entered and paid on time.
Reconciling bank statements
Raising invoices/credit notes
EC sales lists
Quarterly VAT returns (prepare and post)
