Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing this is a newly developed role where you will have responsibility for sales & marketing prospecting functions within your assigned territory. Supported by the marketing team your main role will be to establish and manage key milestones to qualify a lead and move them into the team’s sales funnel.
You can also expect full support and training from day one, with an experienced team around you who will help you to achieve and exceed your targets, enabling you to grow professionally and work towards a position as team leader.
As you grow in the role there will also be plenty of opportunities to take control of strategic projects and have significant input into the direction of this newly developed role.
The role itself will suit someone ambitious, driven and creative. Tasks will include:
Generate a steady stream of leads through outbound prospecting on behalf of franchisees across EMEA
Grow followers on LinkedIn by communicating the value of products and services
Research specific targeted prospects and produce focused marketing campaigns to deliver high volumes of inbound leads for Franchisees
Research and develop new contacts to form new strategic alliances
Target and approach potential clients using a range of marketing tools and virtual environments.
Plan, advertise and organize localised events
Support and manage administration of webinars
Maintain CRM client records to capture data effectively and efficiently
Utilise defined buyer personas to target and market to prospects through phone, email and social media
Utilise and maximise opportunities to generate leads through LinkedIn
The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate;

Ability to problem solve complex issues and deliver solutions in a confident manner

Qualifications and training:
Direct Marketing or Customer Service experience in a B2B environment, Telemarketing experience would also be useful
Sales and Marketing qualification
Microsoft Dynamics CRM
A working knowledge of digital marketing and Social Media
A second language is considered an advantage
