We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Multi-skilled Tradesperson to deliver a first class repairs service across a variety of our properties in the Basingstoke/Portsmouth/Southampton and surrounding areas. Clarion Response provides repairs and maintenance services to more than 125,000 homes and is part of Clarion Housing Group, the largest housing association in the UK. We complete over 1,000 responsive repairs every day and are committed to providing a high quality service for all our residents.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will live in close proximity to the Basingstoke region as this is where the majority of the work will be. You must be able to plaster and artex with relevant qualifications in your primary trade and one or more secondary trades you will have good customer care and admin skills, you'll enjoy working with people and finding solutions to problems.
You'll be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only and you will be required to travel extensively across the local regions as required.
You'll be given protective clothing, a van to get you there as well as the specialist power tools you'll need. We also offer:
