Mobile Handyman
Mobile handyman required covering Croydon, SE London and Hampshire. Must be able to drive/travel and have your own tools. This is an ongoing contract role however for the right person this could lead to a temp to perm role.
40-45 hours a week
£130-£140 per Day
Covering SE London, Croydon and Kent
This is a mobile role so a full driving licence I essential. Typically, you will be maintaining flats and managed property's. Your responsibilities
* Changing locks
* Unblocking drains
* Painting & Decorating skills are vital to this role with attention to detail and high level of skill required.
* Good Communication skills and an ability to create trust
* Ability to work in a team and by yourself
* Minor Carpentry repairs to doors, door frames, windows and all over aspects of timber constructions and fixing of shelves and pictures.
* Willing to develop and learn.
