A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an extremely reputable independent Estate Agency who boast longevity and success within the property market in the South East. Due to continued growth and success, our client is building their teams and would like to employ a new Sales Negotiator to join their enthusiastic team responsible for Property Sales.
This role will be tremendously varied, building relationships and generating and booking valuations and bringing new properties onto the market. Meet the company's commitment to deliver exceptional customer service, both in person and via telephone or written correspondence. Up-sell service levels and additional products and services to enhance the customer's experience and routes to buy/sell.
Enjoy booking appointments and going out and about on viewings, to a wide variety of properties, and encourage applicants to view a multitude of properties. Negotiate offers from buyers, and close deals with vendors. Work as a team to meet collective goals and targets. You will then be involved with the progression of the sale, and regular client contact throughout the process, handling queries, requests or resolving issues.
The ideal candidate will be well-presented, have some previous experience in direct sales or retail sales, have strong communication and time management skills.
You must be enthusiastic, ambitious and results driven, with an ambition to forge a career. Resilience and positivity is key, in light of changing circumstances. Outstanding interpersonal skills are essential.
A full UK driving license is necessary with the field based aspects of the role. The company is based in central Tunbridge Wells.You will work 5 days a week, including Saturday.
