Customer Service Administrator

A rare opportunity has arisen for a strong Customer Service Administrator to join a small and well established team within a large international business.
This is a busy and varied position working within a sought after company who really look after their staff, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Duties of the role include:
* Answer incoming customer requests and enquiries via phone and email
* Acting as first point of contact for customers with regard to product delivery and installations
* Handling enquiries from engineers on site and providing assistance/information
* Setting up and activating new customer accounts
* Creating log in details for customers
* Troubleshooting software and internet connectivity issues
* Assist with credit control - chase customers for outstanding payments/ overdue invoices
* Advanced use of Excel and basic use of PowerPoint
* Logging all activity on CRM/customer database
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong experience in call centre or customer service environment
* Proficient with all MS Office applications
* Advanced Excel skills with the ability to do V Lookups and create Pivot tables.
* Excellent communication skills
* A self-motivated and driven attitude to work
* The ability to work independently
* Good interpersonal skills
* A good grasp of the English language
