Town & Country Cleaners Ltd is looking for a Supervisor for a school in Tonbridge.
Monday to Friday
3:30pm - 9:30pm
£10 per hour
30 hours per week
You will be leading a team of cleaners and will oversee our service on a daily basis to ensure high cleaning standards are met, this is a working supervisor role which includes cleaning your own areas.
Supported by local Management, you will be responsible for:
Auditing cleaning standards
Motivating and managing the cleaning team
Staff training
Stock monitoring and ordering
Customer Liaison
Cleaning a dedicated area
The ideal candidate:
Will have previous cleaning supervisory experience
Be a good communicator
Be a good problem solver
Will be energetic and enthusiastic
An enhanced DBS will be required for this post and costs will be met by the Company
