We’re expanding our existing team of outbound phone-based estate agents and need ambitious people to join us in our valuations department based in Medway.

At Wards, we need people that genuinely enjoy helping someone – the kind of people that make your day better just for speaking to them. You will need this coupled together with a considerable capacity to work really hard and displaying an amazing work ethic. Your phone in this job is your best friend and you will be making anything over 100+ calls per day so persistency and determination to try and secure us additional business is key!

Our centre is also a great way to start a career in property. We have several examples of people who have really progressed in the business who have started just where you would be starting now. estate agency, maybe ultimately based in one of our high street branches.

Full training is provided alongside guaranteed earnings for the first three months as you train – we just ask that candidates are helpful, sincere and eager to learn.

Your package

Start Date: ASAP

Basic Salary: £17,000 + commission (guaranteed earnings for three months while you train)

Bonus: OTE £25,000

Location: Medway City Estate

Shift Pattern: Monday – Thursday 8.45am – 5.30pm and 9.45am – 6.30pm on a shift pattern. Friday 8.45am – 4.30pm. One Saturday in three 9.00am – 5pm. If you work the Saturday you will have either the Thursday or Friday off .

What will you do every day?

•Call, call and call our customers who may be looking to sell their home
•Going out of your way to give the best advice and service you can to make sure our customers receive that “extra”ordinary service
•Recognise the opportunity to help further and present useful products and services (mortgage, conveyancing etc.,)
•Instinctively know how to initiate potential leads and refer customers to relevant colleagues
•Build meaningful relationships with your clients and the team
•See a target and exceed it
