An international services company operating as part of a US Group is looking to grow its data analytics division to further enhance strategic data driven business insight and decision making across marketing and wider business units. Alongside offering training and development for data analytics tools and programming languages, the business growth offers the chance to be involved with an expanding organisation where data will play a pivotal role in their commercial success.

The Role

Reporting into the Analytics Manager you will be responsible for providing accurate and well presented data to cross operational teams to aid performance and decision making.

Key Responsibilities -

- Supporting management with production of data and reporting requests from across the business
- Enhancing business insight and performance through monitoring KPI`s, individual and team performance and circulating results and reports across the company
- Analysing key behavioural website user segments
- Driving enhanced reporting through engagement with development team
- Working with digital marketing team to improve acquisition performance
- Improving conversion rates through identification and elimination of pain points
- Act as key contact for data integrity and accuracy

You Will Need

- Passion for data analysis and reporting
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Dynamic and driven by self-development
- Experience with Adobe analytics and SQL would be plus
- Degree Educated in STEM subject
