An exciting opportunity has become available for a Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator to join a thriving company based in Dartford.

This position is initially a 6 week temporary assignment and has potential to grow into a permanent role with an annual salary of £25k for the successful candidate.

The successful applicant will have a customer service and/or a scheduling background, a confident telephone manner and is available to start immediately.

Responsibilities of this role include:

* Responding to client maintenance requests received via the telephone and email
* Prioritising workload and booking site visit/inspections for a team of Engineers
* Logging all communications and outcome of works onto an Excel based CRM
