Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge?
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Solution Design & Development to join the Business Solutions Centre. You'll be responsible for the ownership of the Clarion software development roadmap, technical innovation and strategy and act as the functional and technical expert on the Technology stack.
We'll look to you to lead on the continued leverage of Clarion's Technology Stack and technology road map by working with senior business stakeholders understanding business requirements, directorate and corporate strategies.
You'll be accountable for ensuring the road map and vision considers market analysis of other sector leading organisations, innovation by leading technology companies and the product road maps provided by the relevant software vendors.
You'll be accountable for the application design governance across the Clarion application landscape and the review and sign off of functional and technical designs.
You'll line manage the Solution Architecture team ensuring the team delivers best practice and quality assurance across the IT Solution landscape.
To be successful in this role, you'll also need:
* In-depth experience of using Microsoft Dynamics, 365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement. Knowledge of Workday will be an added advantage.
* Significant experience of working and developing architecture governance frameworks across a Tier 1 ERP solutions and integrated application landscape
* Awareness of Housing Sector
* Line management experience of experienced teams
