PERSONAL ASSISTANT/ADMINISTRATOR
We are happy to offer an exciting opportunity to work as a Personal Assistant.
What do we expect from the candidate?
As a Personal Assistant you will be working alongside the director, supporting her with the day-to-day running of the business with administrative work, usually on a one-to-one basis. You will need to know who key personnel are, both external and internal, and understand the organisation's aims and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
• Managing our Amazon account and maximizing products and revenue.
• Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
• Carrying out specific projects and research
• Working more closely with management if taking on some of the manager's responsibilities
• Handling confidential matters with discretion
• Knowledge policies/procedures and following them accordingly to the Law
• Devising/maintaining office systems, including data management and GDPR.
Full training will be given.

· Flexibility and adaptability
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
· The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
· A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn new systems if required
· Attention to details
· Time management & ability to work under the time pressure
· Problem solving
· Positive ‘can do’ attitude
· Ability to meet deadlines
Qualifications
· GCSEs including English and Maths (Grade C or above)
· IT proficient - including a working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
It is a full time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
