Town and Country Cleaners require a Part-time payroll assistant to join their busy department in their head office in Canterbury.
You must be highly accurate whilst processing and inputting large volumes of payroll data and be proficient in the use of excel spreadsheets.
Specific duties include;
• Printing out timesheets from e-mails
• Input of timesheets to payroll system
• Input of spreadsheet information to payroll system
• Calculating holiday for starters and leavers
• Knowledge of SSP would be an advantage
• Query solving
• Scanning paperwork and attaching to electronic personnel records
• General admin duties associated with payroll processing
Experience desirable but full training will be given.
You will be required to work 2 days per week, Monday and Tuesday, 9am to 5pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break, although flexibility will be required to cover holidays and sickness outside of these times.
Pay Rate: £10.60 per hour
