We are looking to recruit a full-time Administration Assistant to join our busy office here at JCB Group.

Established in 1998, we are a thriving and highly successful automotive dealer covering Kent, Sussex and Essex. We have 450 employees covering around 20 sites and this role will be based from our dealership in Gillingham Business Park, Kent. We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team. The right candidate will be able to support with all administrative processes; these include (but are not limited to): -

• Assisting with new starter offer packs and all new starter related processes, including proof of the right to work checks, driving licence checks and reference checks
• Supporting the production and advertising of all vacancies both internally and externally
• Helping with the organisation and delivery of monthly Company Inductions for our new starters
• Providing assistance for completion of contract changes in writing for employees
• Assisting with administration of weekly and monthly absence and payroll processes
• Supporting with internal processes, such as our employee recognition scheme, renting a company vehicle and ideas hub
• Helping with management of our Long Service process to ensure staff receive their long service recognition in a timely manner
• Providing assistance with our leaver processes, including acknowledgement, liaison with Payroll, exit interview surveys and system removals as requested
• Ensuring all employee paper and e-files are kept up to date, and auditing the files to ensure compliance
• Providing assistance with other related administrative duties as necessary

A bit about you...

This role is ideally suited to someone who is highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and good time-management skills. You should be experienced in the use of MS Office packages, particularly Word and Excel, and you should enjoy routine administrative duties and take pride in your work every day.
