Do you have experience as an Office Manager/HR Administrator/PA?
Are you available immediately for the next 3-6 months?
My client based in Rochester are seeking an experienced Officer Manager to cover some leave for up to 6 months. This is a very fast paced and hands on well, so to be successful in this role you must be able to work well under pressure.
You will have an apprentice to support you and your role will include
* Managing the office
* Logging any staff absence or holiday
* New starter paperwork and inductions
* Interviewing new starters
* Ensuring car insurances are up to date and managing the dart account
* Credit card reconciliation
* Booking flights, travel and hotel for senior staff
* Managing busy inboxes
* Ordering office supplies
* Any other administrative duties as required
