HR GO are currently looking for Production Operatives for a manufacturing client based in Ashford. Due to the factory's location it is ideal you live near by or have your own transport - free parking is available on site.
Our client is a 24 hour operation so different shifts will be available including 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring all production requirements are met within specific time frames.
- Ensuring continuous production within the factory to meet and exceed production targets.
- To develop an understanding of the product specifications and ensure that products are produced to the highest of standards and dealing with any non-conformance's.
No experience is needed for this role as full training will be provided along with full PPE.
