MC Personnel are looking for passenger assistant's to help transport SEN children to a number of schools in Medway.

The successful candidate will be expected to:
• Assist the driver in safely transporting SEN students to school, college or day care centres in the local area.
• To assist passengers both getting in and out of the vehicle and for the journey.
• Ensure passengers are comfortable and securely fastened in their seats.
• Interact with the passengers on the bus.
• Attend all training sessions
• Follow MC Personnel rules and procedures.

The right candidate must have:
• A good attitude and work ethic.
• Experience with working with children in a similar environment
• A high level communication skills with a good level of English language.
Be over the age of 18

The right candidate is recommended to have:
Experience working with children with special needs and disabilities
First aid qualifications
