MC Personnel are over the moon to once again be recruiting for a company who we know very well!
A locally based business who are leaders in their market are once again taking on additional new people and it is a fantastic opportunity!
This is a permanent role so you need only apply if you are serious about working for a company on a permanent basis.
The shift will be working on a 4 on 4 off basis 6am-6pm average of 36.75 hours a week.
Some Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Carrying out pre-check and cleaning tasks of the production line before start up
- Setting the machine up
- Replenishing packaging to the production line during the shift.
- Manual handling including stacking finished goods
- Other reasonable duties/ responsibilities or requests that may be issued by the management team
Person specification;
Experience:
- Experience of working within the food sector
- Experience with plant and machine operating
- Experience on high productive machines
- Experience on maintenance/cleaning on machines requiring assembly
Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and also use own initiative when needed
- Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Good team working skills
- Flexible
