Sales Executive & Account Management

Print Industry

UPG are looking for a proven Sales Executive to join their already successful team to help expand their business.
UPG provide a range of creative services linked to print solutions. These including Labelling, Packaging, in-store POS, Signage, Brochures, Leaflets, Posters and exhibitions. With installations and other on-demand led collateral for B2B businesses and organisations (including notable brand names).

We are looking for an ambitious sales executive & account managers to join our young, energised customer focused team. In return you will be rewarded with a good basic salary, commission, mileage allowance and other benefits. Your main responsibility will be to sell and manage the company's total service offering in order to achieve your individual sales targets.
You will also be required to:
1. Generate new clients on an on-going basis.
2. Liaise between client and the company's internal tools and resource, be proficient in written communication; emails, letters, cost estimates etc.
3. Achieve agreed sales targets.
You must make a relevant contribution in areas where you are non-revenue accountable, consistent with that of a sales executive, such as brainstorms, other internal meetings and maintaining the company's image and personality. Gain the respect of other staff by being reliable, hardworking, helpful and a good team member.

Summary: You must achieve agreed sales targets. Achieve agreed profit targets. We would consider an experienced print account handler for this role, but large format & textile printing experience is beneficial. Recent investment is leading us to seek out new team members to join our expanding operation. Ideal candidates will come from the creative agency or print industry.

Key responsibilities will include:
 The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills (verbal, written & visual).
 Be able to make a sales presentation to new and existing clients, demonstrating your excellent communication skills.
 Have the ability to effectively liaise with colleagues, suppliers and other third parties.
 You must have the ability to communicate the customer’s needs to facilitate planning of their business’s requirement and future growth.
 You must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the sales process in regard to the print market and be able to demonstrate a
good understanding of the print processes.
 You must be able to convey UPG’s capabilities and service’. Efficiently managing communication between UPG and client across all
projects, from start to finish.
 Managing inbound & outbound quotations, preparing and following these up.
 Advising customers on the best solution for their needs and taking briefs.
 Answering calls and responding to emails.
 Building quickly to a position where you will manage your own clients.
 Investigate new leads and make proactive calls to potential new clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,000.00 to £35,00.00 year plus commission, with an immediate start. There is parking onsite
