Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for Community Care/Court of Protection Solicitor to join our team. RKB Law solicitors are a niche firm specialising in human rights, community care and public law work. We have contract with the Legal Aid Agency in Community Care cases.
All levels of PQE will be considered for this role but you must have a proven track record of fee earning in this area of law and of client retention. Local authority work experience will also be considered.
It would be an advantage if you had current Legal Aid Agency Supervisor status in Community Care Law but this is not essential.
In return, the successful Solicitor will receive competitive remuneration, the support of an ambitious management team and the genuine opportunity to play a part in the development of the firm.
