Are you an experienced 7.5 tonne driver seeking a new opportunity?


The Best Connection Employment Group are currently seeking a 7.5 tonne driver to fulfil an on-going position based in Marden, Kent.


The role itself requires the candidates to deliver bathroom supplies to customers around the Bristol, Taunton and Bath area.


Please be aware that this position will require the candidate to complete 2-4 nights out per week.

Please be aware that this position is a temp to perm.


What is a temp to perm? A temp to perm consists of the candidate working through The Best Connection for 12 weeks, before being passed over to the client, where you will be provided a full time contract.


Start Times:

Range between 05:00 - 07:00. You will be required to work 45 hours a week.


Pay Rates through The Best Connection:


£10.50 Per Hour (PAYE) (Monday-Friday)


Night out fee: £25.00 per night


Pay rates through the client (after the temp to perm period expires):


£21,060 per annum


£1,200 attendance bonus per year


£2,400 driver bonus per year


Night out fee: £26.20 per night


Overtime: You will be completing a standard of 45 hours a week, 180 hours a month. Time and a half is paid after 180 hours.


To be eligible for this position you must possess:

- Category C1 Licence
- Valid CPC
- Valid Digi-Card
- Good Communication skills
