1st Line Support

Salary: £18,000-£21,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced 1st Line to join a rapidly expanding IT company based in Faversham. If you are looking to advance your technical knowledge and are seeking career progression then this is the role for you. The job will cover a variety of hardware and software issues and therefore you must be reasonably competent with both.

The ideal individual will be a hard worker with a passion for technology and IT. A customer service background is advantageous as confidence and communication is key to being successful in this fast paced role.



Essential experience

* Use of Active directory
* Experience working with Windows 7 and 10
* Hardware knowledge and experience troubleshooting printers
* Experience answering 1st line calls and logging into a ticketing system
* Mobile devices and tablets
* Escalating tickets and working with senior members to resolve issues



Desirable experience

* Exposure to office 365
* Knowledge of networking principles
* Full UK driving licence
