We have an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Credit Controller to join a hugely successful and well-known company based in Dover.
Applicants will be considered who are seeking a temporary position or as a permanent position, you must be fluent in German and have previous Credit Control experience. You will be joining a company who have a fantastic team and work culture and you will be a candidate who is self-motivated and a team player.
Main Responsibilities:
* To collect all monies due according to monthly targets set in order to maintain debtor days in line with budgeted levels;
* Keep accurate records of collection activities;
* Investigate and resolve customer queries, liaising with other departments, checking invoices, correcting pricing, posting cash and raising journal entries;
* Review customers payments terms, credit limits and ensure payments are made on time.
You will:
* Have previous Credit Control experience;
* Be fluent in German;
* Be computer literate, having good system and office skills;
* Have excellent customer service skills.
