Job Information

Due to an ever growing expansion in production, CSP is seeking to recruit a Guillotine/Print Finishing Operative
.
The ideal candidate will need to have had a print related background and while previous experience of working on Guillotines, Folding Machines and Booklet Makers is desirable, full training in these areas can be given.

You must be used to a busy production environment, have the ability to do overtime (if required), work as part of a team, be conscientious and quality aware and monitoring the job for correctness during the manufacturing process is essential.

One of our crucial parts of the production cycle is right first time, so attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy is paramount.

Hours are flexible with day working or double day shifts on a Monday to Friday basis being viable (40 hours per week), Holiday + Bank Holidays

You will need to have a:

• A proven track record of being able to work in an accurate, fast paced organisation.
• have exceptional organisation skills.
• A strong technical understanding.
• Be a strong team player, self-motivated and driven
• Be able to maintain high health and safety/ISO standards.
