A wonderful opportunity to be part of a reputable and well established business based in Maidstone. Our client is looking for a professional, customer focused advisor to join the expanding team. This role will suit someone who has previous or current experience within a customer service role.

Main Duties

. Building strong working relationships with clients
. Providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all customer receive the best possible experience
. Understanding customer requirements and providing suitable and efficient solutions
. Producing letters and documents to be sent to customers
. Liaising with internal departments to assist the customers requirements
. Working as part of a team to achieve the end result

Monday - Friday

£19,000 + Bonus
