Town and Country Cleaners Ltd are looking for a full-time Management Support Services Co-Ordinator to join a busy and dynamic team based in our Head Office in Canterbury.
Your duties include:
• Coordination of work force resources, Including front line operational support, arranging cleaning work with staff, covering absences and service logistics
• Front line HR support including absence management, return to work interviews, other HR procedures and policies
• Administration and coordination of recruitment process, including contract of employment administration and right to work/ safeguarding documentation
• Reporting and monitoring of services, including service audits, customer reports and other KPIs
• Managing hours budgets
• Being the first point of call for all employees and liaising between Staff, Managers and Customers
• Front line customer service and complaint handling
• Reporting on work assignments for payroll
• Supporting Managers and Directors on project work as required
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
• Works well in a fast paced, busy environment, often under pressure
• Will be diverse and engaging with a wide range of people within the organisation
• Will be confident when facing challenging and sensitive situations
• Will be a solution focused problem solver who can think on their feet
• Have good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 35 hours per week at £10.60 per hour
Free underground parking is also available
This position is ideal for someone who has worked in the Service Industry in an HR or Customer Service role previously.
