Desktop Support Analyst
I am working with a UK company who are looking for someone with strong Active Directory, Exchange and general user support. The team support internal users on all desktop queries as well as remote users. The role will also include the support/replacement of printers, laptops, keyboards and all hardware issues as well as user account maintenance.
To be considered for this position you will need to possess the following skills and experience:-
* Previous experience working within a desktop capacity
* Knowledge of ITIL, ideally holding accreditation
* Experience of Active Directory and Exchange
* Experience of supporting hardware issues
* Knowledge of call management systems, ideally ServiceNow
