A leading Kent Law firm are currently seeking an Administrator to join their busy offices in Maidstone. The successful Administrator will form part of a friendly yet professional team with excellen training and career prospects.
The successful Administrator will be responsible for a wide range of duties including but not limited to:
* Managing all administrative tasks associated with the department who handle financial matters on behalf of corporate clients and individuals
* Scanning and filing of documentation
* Communication within the team and externally - telephone, email
* Producing reports
The successful Administrator will offer the following skill set/background:
* A pro-active and flexible approach to work
* Have at least 5x GCSEs at A*-C
* Be highly organised
* Willing to learn and develop skills
* Able to work under pressure and handle high volume work load
* Be methodical and have a high attention to detail
* Be professional
* Offer strong communication skills - written and verbal
The successful Administrator will be offered a basic salary of £19,016 + benefits. The role will be full-time working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
