My client, a recognisable Kent based employer are seeking a Payroll Supervisor to work within their dynamic and driven Finance Team.
Predominantly you will be responsible for a large and complex monthly payroll consisting of various shift patterns, bonuses and benefit schemes. Gathering data from Time Attendance system you will also be responsible for administering SSP, SMP and SPP. Utilise the Time Attendance system to gather all overtime, absences etc.
With a minimum of 5 years payroll experience it is essential that you possess good system skills, pensions experience (ideally DC with salary and bonus sacrifice) and auto enrolments.
My client is looking for a proactive and driven individual who will look to drive efficiency and implement new systems.
A competitive salary with bonus and benefits will be offered to the successful candidate.
