My client situated in Maidstone are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to oversee both accounts payable (80%) and receivables (20%) on a permanent basis. This is an exciting role to join a growing organisation who have further development plans. They are keen to get some into the team who has got previous experience and would like to progress their career further.
The key skills and experience:
- Assist the AP/AR Supervisor and Group Financial Controller in the transition to an efficient and effective AP/AR system, maintaining the accounts payable, accounts receivable ledgers utilising technology to the fullest extent.
- Assist the AP/AR Supervisor in the development of automated and efficient process / systems
- Assist to maintain the integrity of the databases and provide a financial support service ensuring that procedural and financial controls are adhered to as prescribed in the company financial regulation.
- Assist to compile required information to support internal and external audit.
To be suitably considered for this role you will be required to have previous experience in accounts payable/receivable, worked as part of team and towards tight deadlines.
