Our client is a well-established local employer who is seeking an additional member for their team based in Dartford, due to a promotion within the existing structure.
The role is primarily to provide advice and support to managers within the business on all aspects of recruitment, Employment Law and HR policies and procedures.
You will have at least five years' experience of working within an HR team and ideally hold CIPD level 7 qualification.
Your knowledge of Employment Legislation will be supported by practical experience of guiding staff managers on a range of employee relations situations. This specific area should also be supported by your ability to be involved in other areas of the HR delivery such as creating training programmes and their delivery, special projects within the HR remit and act as Lead Partner as required.
