A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lead Creative who is ambitious, driven and passionate about creative design in all forms to join our progressive, creative design agency.

This exciting and challenging role will see you working closely with clients across a wide range of industry sectors on a multitude of projects while getting involved in all aspects of cross-platform design work, from brand identities to eCommerce websites. The Lead Creative may have line management responsibility for Designer(s) in the future.

A minimum of 5 year's agency experience is imperative for this role with a proven track record of working with B2B brands. You will have a hands-on approach to the entire creative process for both offline and online output.

You will be responsible for designing and managing a variety of print and digital marketing communications such as branding, brochures, catalogues, corporate literature, exhibition display and advertising as well as artwork development from initial brief through to delivery.

You will also be responsible for the design and execution of pixel-perfect responsive websites, email marketing campaigns and infographics for social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and collaborate with external designers and developers
• Manage client relationships on a daily basis
• Produce client presentations, proposals and tenders for both offline and online projects
• Conduct discovery meetings, take project briefs and present design visuals to key stakeholders and senior management teams
• Prioritise and ensure all work is carried out and completed on time and on budget while striving to exceed client expectations
• Proactively manage risks throughout projects and liaise with the Managing Director when required
• Develop, manage and execute internal marketing strategies to help drive the business forward in meeting client demands to attract new
business
• Maintain prospect database and qualify leads upon initial enquiry
• Support and manage internal online advertising campaigns (i.e. PPC and SEO)
• Support and manage online projects such as websites, email marketing etc
• Support and manage offline projects such as branding, brochures, catalogues, advertising, corporate literature, exhibition design etc
• Regularly report to the Managing Director to discuss both internal and external workflow

What we’re looking for

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven understanding of typography, layout, colour and grid structure
• Experience in a similar role working within a design agency is imperative to understand creative processes and manage offline and online
projects efficiently
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines
• Understands the digital landscape and emerging trends
• Proven track record in growing client accounts
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong design experience for both offline and online output
• Ability to lead, manage and influence others
• An understanding of printing techniques
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to successfully explain creative concepts and
