Whitehead Monckton is looking for an experienced administrator to join its very busy Wealth Management team as soon as possible. This role is located at our Maidstone office and is a great opportunity for someone wishing to be part of an expanding Kent company with a good reputation.

To be considered for the role we would expect you to have solid administrative and secretarial experience, ideally from having worked for a financial institution or a financial advice practice. However, the ability to deliver work of the highest quality is essential in this role to ensure an outstanding service is delivered to the client.

You will be excellent at prioritising and organising your workload whilst being adaptable to meet the needs of the team. You will have lots of telephone contact with our clients so will need to be able to demonstrate that you have great client care skills.

The team use a bespoke IT system as part of their daily work so it is vital that everyone has great IT skills, a principal duty of the role is to maintain the departmental database.

We are looking for applicants to work on a full time basis, Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.15pm.
