HR / Training Assistant - Immediate Start - Rochester - £21,000
We have an exciting new opportunity for a passionate and engaging HR / Training Assistant to join our very successful and fast expanding client based in Rochester.
Duties will include:
* Assist in scheduling training for new starters and existing employees
* Assist the HR team with all adhoc duties
* Quality checking and ensuring compliance
* Build relationships internally and externally
The right candidate will:
* Have excellent communication skills both written and verbally
* Will be very self-motivated and target driven
* Will have experience of training new starters
* Have good excel knowledge
* Be naturally analytical
