Are you an Intermediate / Quantity Surveyor on the look out for a change?
Location: Grays
We are currently recruiting for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor. You will be based on site and will be an integral part of the team moving forward as the contractor secure more works in the region.
The current project is a large scale civil engineering project comprising of a range of aspects including groundworks, structures and roads. The team based on site consists of 6 quantity surveyors, a commercial manager & the production team.
You will be responsible for:
* Working along side other quantity Surveyors
* Issuing Sub contract drafts
* Collating information for monthly reporting (CVR)
* Ensuring all paperwork goes out with the correct items
* Dealing with any pricing variations
* Responsible for project changes and variations
Requirements:
* Degree / HND in Quantity Surveying
* The client is looking for a driven individual that is hard working and wants to progress and gain valuable experience
* Excellent IT and maths skills are essential
* Attention to detail
* Excellent report writing
* Experience in civil engineering / construction is essential
* NEC experience
