Client Experience Co-ordinator

A great opportunity has arisen for someone passionate about client experience (CX) to join our front of house team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the co-ordination of the front of house function therefore having had previous experience of working as part of a front of house team is essential. This experience should ideally have been obtained in professional services or hospitality. You will also need to demonstrate your understanding of exceptional client experience and how you have applied this in previous roles. The successful candidate will work towards embedding a mind set and culture within the team whereby they truly care and listen to clients as part of their journey with the firm. In addition to this you will engage with the team with regard to improving and adding value to the overall client experience.

The role holder will report into the Building Services Supervisor and work in collaboration with the Receptionist’s and Switchboard Operators to ensure exceptional service delivery.

We have 2 buildings with receptions, which operate between 8am – 6pm, and whilst the hours for this role will predominantly be 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday each week, the role holder will be expected to be flexible in the event cover is required between 8am – 6pm.

Key responsibilities to include:
• Lead our front of house team to ensure consistent high quality client experience is delivered on a daily basis.
• Work closely with our Building Services Supervisor to ensure delivery of agreed service levels.
• Adopt a one team culture with receptionists and switchboard operators to ensure consistency, exceptional practices and innovative ideas are shared and adopted.
• Keep a close focus on client feedback to continually look for ways to build and improve the front of house experience.
• Co-ordinate cover for reception and switchboard.
• Provide cover for receptionists lunch breaks and absences.
• Motivate the front of house team to want to provide exceptional service and achieve their personal and team goals
• Provide direction to all members of the team as appropriate.
• Be present at front of house, ensuring an excellent client experience

The ideal candidate will:
• Have front of house experience, ideally in professional services or hospitality
• Be comfortable in co-ordinating and motivating a team in the delivery of excellent client service
• Demonstrate great communication skills with the view to seeking the best outcome
• Be organised and able to prioritise workloads as required
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Be able to embrace change and successfully implement new ideas and processes
• Be committed to self-development as well as development of the wider team
