PMO Coordinator

As a growing organisation, we are always on the lookout for innovative and talented team members. We are now looking for a PMO Coordinator to join us!



What will I be doing?

You will have the opportunity to support the Programme Delivery and PMO team to ensure all project governance documentation is kept up to date in particular action logs, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) logs, project and resource plans, and tracking tools ensuring that all project activity is controlled within a robust environment.



You will be…



* Supporting the PMO Manager, Project and Programme Managers with PMO/ project / programme activities as required
* Administering and coordinate meetings, room booking and associated facilities and papers
* Maintaining a high level portfolio view of all project/programme change delivery
* Supporting with the tracking and reporting of project/programme plans including maintenance of programme delivery
* Liaising with project and business representatives to obtain and provide information including status updates, process on actions and risks
* Supporting the PMO Manager with quality assurance activities including internal and external audit reviews



Could you be the one?

Do you have experience in a project support or PMO experience?

Do you have a strong understanding of the project life cycle and project approaches?

Are you willing to work towards a Programme and Project Support Office qualification?
