A super new role!, - due to expansion, a large family owned business are looking for an IT Assistant/Technician to join their friendly team.
My client is known for excellent customer service, and they are expanding their administrative team to support the additional technology required to operate four sites efficiently and reliably.

Do you have an interest in IT, and preferably have some experience in an IT role and you wish to pursue a career in this field, this is for you.
The role is ideal for someone with strong and confident IT skills, with a minimum of a recognised qualification in the IT sector. Training will be available.

Main responsibilities
• To work under the guidance of the IT Co-Ordinator in ensuring all four sites have an efficient and up to date IT infrastructure covering computers, network, printers, servers and storage, security, EPOS, wi-fi and telephones

• Excellent customer skills are also required as you will be one of the office team answering the telephone and helping customers with their queries.


Hours are - Monday to Friday including every other weekend and a day off during the week in lieu Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (5:30 pm during extended opening).

Full Time, Two Year Fixed Term contract

Ideally the candidate will own their own car as it is expected there will be travel between the four sites.

Salary - £18,525 plus, Company pension scheme, 28 days’ holiday, Staff discount, and Healthcare Cashback scheme.
