I am recruiting a Head Chef on behalf on of my client who are a first class Golf Club on the outskirts of Maidstone.
This is a temporary position which will commence 17th December and run for aproximately 5 weeks until the new permanent Head Chef starts.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 3 other chefs during one of the busiest times of the year, where the venue is hosting festive dinners and parties.
It will be essential that you have the relevent skills and experience to maintain the ordering for the department, reviewing the menues and forward planning to avoid any short falls.
Working cloesely with the Events team ensuring you have full team to manage the functions.
This assignment will include working evenings, weekends and also New Years Eve. Weekend enhancements will be paid.
