HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Duty Manager, for our client in Folkestone.
Ideally you will have a background in Leisure and Activities, as well as managerial experience and a sound understanding of health and safety for staff and visitors.
Main Duties
*
To ensure safe and smooth running of the centre.
*
To maintain the highest levels of health and safety to customers, staff, and visitors.
*
Carry out daily checks of the centre
*
Maximise profits by management of staff hours and correct billing and pricing structures.
*
Deal with customer complaints
*
Oversee party booking forms
*
Ad hoc administration duties
*
Cashing up, running reports
*
Maximise customers perceptions of the centre - temperature control, seating arrangements, cleanliness etc.
Job Requirements
*
A-C in Maths & English
*
Enhanced DBS
As well as the above, most importantly as a duty manager you will be friendly, approachable and professional with a desire to succeed and to go above and beyond in the interest of the centre.
This is a permanent role, Wednesday - Saturday , 4 days per week, 9.00am - 6.00pm This is a great opportunity to be part of a well-established company, so if you feel you have the relevant experience then please apply with an up to date CV.
