JOB TITLE: Receptionist/Office Coordinator
LOCATION: Near Ashford (your own transport is required due to the location of the company)
SALARY: £18k
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm
We're recruiting for a hugely successful growing business who have open plan offices and a modern office culture. They work hard but have fun too! Getting to know and building a rapport with clients is really important and this has led to their success. The reason for this vacancy is because the current Receptionist/Office Co-ordinator has moved within the business to another department.
Therefore they would like Office Angels to recruit a Receptionist/Office Coordinator to start in the role ASAP. Full training will be given.
YOUR DUTIES WITHIN YOUR ROLE WOULD BE:
* Answering telephone calls, directing calls and taking messages on behalf of staff members
* Welcoming clients into the office, being the first point of contact for everybody who visits
* Setting up new clients and companies, ensuring all information is accurately entered
* Generating a high volume of letters
* High levels of filing work, scanning of information and saving documents into permanent files
* Submitting company accounts and tax returns
* Knowledge of Excel is advantageous to update spreadsheets
* Booking client records into the office, ensuring accurate information is entered and documents easily located at all times
* Receiving post into the office, organising and distributing to the relevant persons
* Communicating with HMRC and Companies House on behalf of clients
* Setting up payroll
* Registering individuals for self assessment
* Updating client information on a daily basis ensuring information is correct at all times
* Ensuring the office is fully stocked at all times including stationary and kitchen essentials
* Accepting client payments both over the phone and in person
WE'D LOVE TO SPEAK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
* Previous experience as a Receptionist and or Administration experience is essential
* MS Office experience
* Highly organised with a positive, welcoming attitude to work on the front desk and represent this professional company
