Swanstaff are currently seeking two passionate and kind support workers with a full driving licence for our client based in Thanet. The vehicle is provided by our client but you will need to be a minimum of 25 years old (for insurance purposes) and have no more than 3 penalty endorsement points.



Job title: Assistant Discharge Support Worker

Location: Thanet, Kent

Rate of pay: £9.00 per hour



The role of an Assisted Discharge Support Worker:

Duties will involve assisting clients getting home from hospitals in the Thanet, Canterbury or Ashford areas. You will need to have the ability to assess service users? needs and follow a support plan if required.



The requirements of an Assisted Discharge Support Worker:



* A minimum of 6 months previous experience in a care/ support worker role.

* Valid driving licence.

* A valid DBS.

* Kind, caring and compassionate nature.

* Immediate availability.
